The 2nd Circular
includes detailed instructions for preparation of the full
text of papers to be presented, information on plenary
lectures, committees, list of sponsors, exhibition, hotels,
registration, fees and ways of payment, social programme,
excursions, demonstrations of facilities and equipment,
local transports etc.. It can be downloaded here by entering
name and e-mail address. The 2nd Circular can also be
received on request to the Conference Secretariat.

Due to requests from participants the deadline for reception
of abstracts by the Conference Secretariat in Copenhagen has
been prolonged to May 31st, 2008.
Authors will be notified after
reception of their abstracts.
The Preliminary Conference Programme will be
advertised on this website in June 2008.
The full and final papers shall reach the Conference
Secretariat in Copenhagen no later than June 30th, 2008
to be included in the Conference Proceedings to be available to
all registered conference participants on Monday, August
25th 2008. All papers shall be submitted by use of the
electronic submission facility to be made available on the
conference website by January 31st, 2008. The papers shall
be worked out according to Instructions to Authors and by
use of a template to be downloaded from the conference
website. Instructions to Authors and the template will be
also be available by January 31st, 2008.
Deadline for early registration at reduced registration fee
is May 15th, 2008. |
